We help athletes and patients young and old recover and improve the quality of their lives. If you've been injured in sports, have back, neck, joint or muscle pain, have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or need care, we can help.
Physiotherapy
We help our patients develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability. We spend a lot of one-on-one time with our patients, and believe that education plays a key role for patients to meet their recovery goals faster.
Massage Therapy
Our massages enhance the function of muscle and connective tissue, and promote relaxation and well-being. Our Registered Massage Therapist can perform multiple types of massages, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish, and hot stone.
Your treatment may include:
- Manual and Massage Therapy
- Proprioceptive retraining using balance boards and mats
- Theraband exercise balls and the Bosu Trainer
- Postural education
- Electrotherapy
- Ultrasound and laser therapy
- Acupuncture
